Community Alternatives, Inc. (CAI), a non- profit organization founded in 1980 began providing employment services to individuals with disabilities in Virginia Beach, VA. As the needs for services grew, CAI began to expand serving children and adults with disabilities, in a variety of residential, day and work supported programs.
